Recently, my water heater leaked resulting in damage to the adjacent room, hallway and closet areas. SERVPRO was able to come out to assess the damage quickly and efficiently. Their team brought in fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the soaked walls and carpeting, in addition to making sure there was no opportunity for mold to grow once dried. They've also been extraordinarily helpful in working directly with my insurance claim adjuster. I plan on using SERVPRO's contractors to help with restoring the damaged walls and trim, and highly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Outstanding service all around!

Bobby at SERVPRO in Haverhill did such a great job on our kitchen demo and clean up. We had some water damage in our kitchen and used SERVPRO to do the demo and mold mitigation. Bobby was very thorough and extremely neat and clean. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us through the process.

My kitchen and basement had significant water damage. It was on a very hot Saturday last July. I called Haverhill SERVPRO and within a matter of a few hours, they were at my house clearing up the water situation. My whole kitchen had to be gutted, basement insulation removed as well as my carpet in the hallway, dining room and living room also needed to be removed. The workers were very professional and respectful. Ryan was the project manager. He was a delight to work with. He answered my every call and was very accommodating. He made time for unplanned visits to my house with questions or problems I was having. He took the time to insure all work was done to my satisfaction. His availability was very important. If he didn't have an answer to a question I might have had, he made sure he resolved the issue promptly. I hope I am never faced with this mess again, but should my luck have run out, there would be no question I would rely on SERVPRO.

Had a flooded basement 7/3. Called SERVPRO national number and within 10 minutes Josh Welch called me. I explained the problem to him. Within an hour he sent Yeimi over and she was soon joined by Josh Roman. Yeimi and Josh were excellent in there work. Vacuumed the water out, ripped out the carpets to prevent mold getting in the walls. I live in a condo and my next door neighbor was affected as well and they immediately took care of his issue as well. I highly recommend SERVPRO in Haverhill/Newburyport for any services. Josh Welch explained the process to me as to how they work with my insurance company as well. Excellent company and excellent service!

We had the unfortunate problem in our basement of our washing machine overflowing into the whole downstairs and into the garage. We have been so very lucky through this process so far, as we were recommended

They sent over 3 men, Chris, Tonie and Jerry who I can personally recommend to the highest quality. These guys not only cleaned up as best as they could, but they packaged, and moved my ENTIRE downstairs into boxes and moved everything into a POD in my driveway, separating the wet from the dry. They worked endlessly, morning until night, until the job was done. They were tired and beat, but still maintained complete professionalism and were smiling and offering us their continued help in case we were in need after they left. It isn’t easy to have people you don’t know in your home all day long and be comfortable, however, I can personally give my 100% approval of this company, if these are the types of men that they have working for them. Their boss was Ross, who also was the Best in his knowledge and professionalism. He made us feel comfortable that we would be ok throughout this whole process and that the boys would take good care of our home. He came by and called and was available, and still is, in case we need him. This, as I can see, is just the beginning. 

The biggest thing here, outside of the Disaster we were in, was being able to TRUST!!! That is huge when you have something like this happen in your home.

I called SERVPRO late on a Saturday afternoon upon discovering a septic backup in my elderly parents’ home. I was immediately connected with a crew leader who had a team at my parents' home within hours. They did an incredible job cleaning up the hazardous material, removing damaged goods and drying out the basement. The friendly efficient crew were very patient with my parents explaining what had to be done and why anything that was wet had to be removed from the property. After the cleanup, the SERVPRO office team handled the insurance claim and took care of all the paperwork and details for us. We were extremely impressed with the SERVPRO experience from the first contact to the final call telling us that the insurance carrier had paid the entire bill and the file was closed. Should we ever need another clean up, we'll call SERVPRO!
